A lot of the oceanic severs are linked like that so most options would be good! Nagrand is pre good, its also linked with Caelestrasz so the split pre much becomes 50/50 give or take 10-15%. Probably the best you're gonna do for OCE, otherwise Alliance 90% on Frostmourne, Horde 90% on Barthilas, roughly. It is the best private server I've ever played. Dalaran-Wow has been my default server for the past 6-7 years, and it is great too, just low pop now. Whereas the 50/50 split could make a big realm feel like a low pop one. Grobbulus is a very good server. Nice balance with good RP, PVP, and PVE guilds. If interested, join horde and look for Wolves and Ravens guild (awesome people that help newcomers level). What I'd do is travel back in time and find one in 2006 for that best wow tbc experience. . Kobalt 40 volt

Firemaw will likely have login queues at the release of the expansion and every major content release too. But it has a healthy population, you'll never have an issue finding a raid or arena partner. Earthshaker is pretty decent. It's a nice populated server. Lots of PUGs available and is much less likely to have queues to login for future ....
