There are other triggers that do the same thing that ATF has no issue with like the TAC CON 3MR. I think the ATF thought rare breed was just gonna roll over and play dead.While Tac-Con is no longer in business, they did get an ATF approval letter for the 3MR which, just as the FRT-15 does, captures bolt energy to force the reset of the trigger.
