Bank 1 is always the side of the engine with cylinder #1. Bank 2 is always the side of the engine with cylinder #2. This only matters on the V6, not on the inline 4 cyl. Bank 1 is the bank of cylinders on the firewall side. Bank 2 is the bank of cylinders on the radiator side. Redline used to just have MT90 which is a 75w-95 oil, so I think if you search the forum there are people who have tried it straight or with mixing it roughly 3 to 1 with a little MTL which is a lighter-weight gear oil. Take the pulse dampner off the end of the fuel rail, insert -6AN fitting and run a braided line back to the tank under the back seat. This is the upstream sensor/pre CAT. The bank y sensor 2 should sit about .5 volts, it is checking the CAT. This is the downstream/post CAT sensor. Yours seem OK as long as they continue. The increased wear opens the bearing gap which allows oil to flow out faster and it shows up as low oil pressure. Once the revs come up, the oil is pumped in faster than it "leaks out" and the pressure comes up. Ticking shouldn't really occur but as long as it doesn't start knocking or thudding you shouldn't have to worry about something serious like a rod. With the soap, I don't think brands matter too much, but I like Kit soap. Use warm water and mix it properly.
