Downpipe is the single biggest hardware mod for the B58. HPFP being second for the 1st gen BMW engines. The TU HPFP are better. The tune obviously makes a big difference, and octane in the fuel is a large factor as well. The B58 loves ethanol and higher octane.Recently purchased a 2018 340i and want to do some basic bolt-ons like exhaust, downpipe and tune. But I still have a CPO warranty until October of 2023 and I don't want to void that if I ever need it.
