It's been tilting more to horde pretty strongly since BFA and warmode after being nearly perfectly 50/50 during WoD and much of Legion but it's still far better then the other rp servers. Realms don't matter for any of that anymore, you simply just play with other people from other servers. Only thing servers that are server specific anymore is the auction house and guilds.
