The new chest doryani's prototype says nearby enemies have lightning resist equal to yours, so the idea is to run around with really low lightning res. I made a build that can comfortably sit at around -60 lightning res and I wanted to use the Tempered by War keystone that you can get from karui timeless ... I wouldn't really, invested about 40ex into a doryani's elementalist but the skill just ultimately feels godawful no matter what you do.
